It's a clothing optional beach and when it's not crowded it is a nice place. There's nothing like sunbathing and swimming au naturel. It has clear water. You will find that the water here, as with many of the other Sainte-Anne beaches is clear and extremely inviting Ideal for snorkeling. This beach is so pretty that is totally worth it! It's around 3.14km in length with some areas you can find back in shade. It is never crowded here. The views are amazing and the weather is warm all year round. The spectacular scenery includes palm trees, trees, rocks, mountain, sea shells, driftwood, and seaweed - prepare your camera! Be aware that bringing dogs is not allowed. Plage de l'Anse Trabaud is one of the more challenging beaches to access. It is not wheelchair accessible and difficult for disabled visitors and small children. You can go to this beach by car - note that it's not that easy to get there. There are no lifeguards on duty at the beach, so keep that in mind, but if youโre looking for somewhere quiet to hang out or spend time, Plage de l'Anse Trabaud is a good place. Be aware that this is a clothing optional beach (so there might be nudist zones). Pay attention if you go swimming because there are stingrays in the water.
There are shades and trails. There are no chairs for rent and outside shower. There are some shades to protect yourself from the sun.

March, April, May, December are the best months to visit Plage de l'Anse Trabaud and other beaches in Sainte-Anne, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
