חוף סלע ב is a safe and small sandy beach in Bat Yam. It's around 0.33km in length, which is super small. This beach is also known as Sela beach.
There are lifeguards on duty at the beach.
June, July, October, November are the best months to visit חוף סלע ב and other beaches in Bat Yam, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
