Cala en Turqueta is a safe and small sandy beach in Ciutadella. It's a clothing optional beach. There's nothing like sunbathing and swimming au naturel. It's around 0.35km in length, which is super small. Be aware that bringing dogs is not allowed.
You can go to this beach by bus and boat. There are lifeguards on duty at the beach. Be aware that this is a clothing optional beach (so there might be nudist zones).
June, July, August, September are the best months to visit Cala en Turqueta and other beaches in Ciutadella, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
