Also known as ็ญๅฐๆฒ็, and Secret beach.
New Taipei City, Taiwan
Candlestick Beach is a pristine, beautiful, clean, safe and family-friendly sandy beach in New Taipei City. It's a clothing optional beach and when it's not crowded it is a pretty paradisical place. There's nothing like sunbathing and swimming au naturel. And the local attitude is good, so you're not going to be bothered by anyone else on the beach. It's a pretty and safe place for both adults and children to visit in the summer. It has clear water, and friendly locals. You will find that the water here, as with many of the other New Taipei City beaches is crystal clear and extremely inviting. This beach is so pretty that you can spend hours stuck up in its enchantment! There are no amenities so bring what you need and please don't leave anything behind. The views are amazing. The spectacular scenery includes rocks, mountain, trees, cliffs, sea shells, cave, and driftwood - prepare your camera! Be aware that smoking, practicing activities, and bringing dogs is not allowed. This beach is also known as ็ญๅฐๆฒ็ and Secret beach.
You can go to this beach by bus, walking or hiking, and car - note that it's not that easy to get there. There are no lifeguards on duty at the beach, so keep that in mind, but if youโre looking for somewhere quiet to hang out or spend time, Candlestick Beach is a great place. Be aware that this is a clothing optional beach (so there might be nudist zones). There is parking space nearby.
There are trails, shades, and cleaning. There are no chairs for rent, outside shower, and umbrella for rent. But there are some shades to protect yourself from the sun.
