Plage des casernes, a real paradise of wild and unspoiled nature, is a stretch of sand located in Seignosse. Everything around you is peaceful, natural, relaxing. It's a clothing optional beach and when it's not crowded it is a pretty paradisical place. There's nothing like sunbathing and swimming au naturel. And the local attitude is good, so you're not going to be bothered by anyone else on the beach. It's a pretty and safe place for both adults and children to visit in the summer. It has clear water, friendly locals, and easy access. You will find that the water here, as with many of the other Seignosse beaches is crystal clear and extremely inviting. This beach is so pretty that it almost seems surreal! Be aware that drinking alcohol, smoking, and bringing dogs is not allowed.

You can go to this beach by car, bus, and walking or hiking. It's easy to get there, which makes it perfect for families! There are lifeguards on duty at the beach.
