Playa Arriba is one of the most famous beach of Miches. It's a clothing optional beach. There's nothing like sunbathing and swimming au naturel. And the local attitude is good, so you're not going to be bothered by anyone else on the beach. It has clear water, friendly locals, easy access, and good 3G+ coverage. The water there is crystal clear. This beach is so pretty that you'll take so many pictures! It's around 9.61km in length with some shades to shelter from the sun. Be aware that this is a clothing optional beach (so there might be nudist zones). Dogs allowed all year round. There is parking space nearby. There's bus service that passes nearby, making it easy for many Miches beach-goers. Its easy access have made this a very popular place.
There are shades, food options, playground, chairs for rent, water activities, trails, and free wi-fi. There are no outside shower and umbrella for rent, so bring your own if you need. There are some shades to protect yourself from the sun.
Playa Arriba offers a lot of space for sunbathing and family games. If you are seeking food and refreshment, there are some options. The water here is suitable for swimming, diving, snorkeling, fishing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, kayaking, and standup paddleboarding. Walking, volleyball, watching the sunset, stargazing, beach tennis, doing yoga, and beach wedding can be enjoyed as well.
January, February, March, December are the best months to visit Playa Arriba and other beaches in Miches, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
