About Playa de los Muertos

Playa de los Muertos, a real paradise of wild and unspoiled nature, is a 1.95km pebbly beach surrounded by cliffs and by clear water. It's a clothing optional beach and when it's not crowded it is a pretty paradisical place. There's nothing like sunbathing and swimming au naturel. And the local attitude is good, so you're not going to be bothered by anyone else on the beach. It's an ideal and safe place for adults to visit in any time of the year. It has clear water, and friendly locals. The water there is crystal clear. This beach is so pretty that you'll spend hours here! In peak summer months it can be difficult to stake out a peaceful place on the beach because it's a popular beach among tourists. The views are amazing and the weather is warm all year round. The spectacular scenery includes rocks and cliffs - prepare your camera!

Safety and Access

Playa de los Muertos is one of the more challenging beaches to access. It is not wheelchair accessible and difficult for disabled visitors and small children. You can go to this beach by walking or hiking - note that it's not that easy to get there.Be aware that this is a clothing optional beach (so there might be nudist zones). There is parking space nearby, although it might be a bit harder to find a space on the weekends or during peak months. Playa de los Muertos is usually calm, laid-back and good for swimming.
