Playa Urama, a real paradise of wild and unspoiled nature, is a small pebbly beach located in Urama. It has clear water, friendly locals, and good 3G+ coverage. The water there is crystal clear, but it's prohibited to swim there, so take a time to enjoy the nature and the spectacular sights. This beach is so pretty that it almost seems surreal! It's around 0.89km in length. It is never crowded here. The views are amazing and the weather is usually nice. Be aware that swimming and smoking is not allowed. This beach is also known as Urama Beach.
You can go to this beach by car and walking or hiking - note that it's not that easy to get there. There are no lifeguards on duty at the beach, so keep that in mind, but if you’re looking for somewhere quiet to hang out, Playa Urama is a great place. Dogs allowed all year round. Be careful with your belongings because it’s not a safe place.
Playa Urama has everything you need to spend the day. There are chairs for rent, shades, food options, cleaning, pier, outside shower, a swing, and trails. There are no umbrella for rent.
If you are seeking food and refreshment, there are some options. The water here is suitable for swimming, diving, and snorkeling. Walking can be enjoyed as well.
February, March, May, September are the best months to visit Playa Urama and other beaches in Urama, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
