You can go to this beach by car, bus, boat, and walking or hiking. It's easy to get there, which makes it perfect for families! There are no lifeguards on duty at the beach, so it is a swim-at-your-own-risk zone. Dogs allowed all year round.
Bring your own food and drink since you cannot buy anything at the beach, and make sure to leave nothing behind but footprints.
January, February, March, June are the best months to visit Playas de Crespo and other beaches in Cartagena, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
