Praia do Cação is a beautiful and small sandy beach in Bombinhas. This beach is so pretty that is totally worth it! It's around 0.1km in length, which is super small. The views are amazing and the weather is warm all year round.
Praia do Cação is one of the more challenging beaches to access. It is not wheelchair accessible and difficult for disabled visitors and small children. You can go to this beach by boat - note that it's not that easy to get there.
January, February, March, December are the best months to visit Praia do Cação and other beaches in Bombinhas, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
