About Punta Prado

Punta Prado is a safe, pristine, beautiful, clean and relaxing and small pebbly beach in Benissa. Everything around you is peaceful, natural, relaxing. It's an ideal and safe place for adults to visit in the summer. It has clear water, friendly locals, and good 3G+ coverage. You will find that the water here, as with many of the other Benissa beaches is crystal clear and extremely inviting Ideal for snorkeling. This beach is so pretty that you'll spend hours here! It's around 0.13km in length, which is super small. It is never crowded here. There are no amenities so bring what you need and please don't leave anything behind. The views are amazing. The spectacular scenery includes rocks, cliffs, mountain, sea shells, and cave - prepare your camera! This beach is also known as Punta el Prado.

Safety and Access

You can go to this beach by car, bus, boat, and walking or hiking - note that it's not that easy to get there. There are no lifeguards on duty at the beach, so keep that in mind, but if youโ€™re looking for somewhere quiet to hang out or spend time, Punta Prado is a great place. Dogs allowed all year round. There is parking space nearby. Punta Prado is usually calm, laid-back and great for swimming.

Infrastructure

There are shops, cleaning, bicycle path, and trails. There are no outside shower, umbrella for rent, and chairs for rent, so bring your own if you need.

Things to do on Punta Prado

The water here is suitable for surfing, swimming, diving, snorkeling, fishing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, kayaking, and standup paddleboarding. Walking, doing yoga, watching the sunset, and stargazing can be enjoyed as well.
