About Rice's Beach

Rice's Beach is one of the most famous beach of Beverly. It's an ideal and safe place for adults to visit in the summer. It has clear water. You will find that the water here, as with many of the other Beverly beaches is crystal clear and extremely inviting. This beach is so pretty that you'll not want to leave! It's around 0.33km in length, which is super small, and there are no shades. There are no amenities so bring what you need and please don't leave anything behind. In peak summer months it can be difficult to stake out a peaceful place on the sand because it's a very popular beach among locals. Be aware that drinking alcohol, smoking, bringing food, and practicing activities is not allowed.

Safety and Access

Rice's Beach is one of the more challenging beaches to access. It is not wheelchair accessible and difficult for disabled visitors and small children. - note that it's not that easy to get there. There are no lifeguards on duty at the beach, so keep that in mind, but if youโ€™re looking for somewhere to hang out or spend time, Rice's Beach is a great place. There are lots of people at the beach so If you have kids, keep an eye on them at all times. Dogs allowed all year round. The locals might not be that friendly.
