The water there is clear. It's around 0.16km in length, which is super small. This beach is also known as Sooke Potholes Provincial Park.
Be aware that this is a clothing optional beach (so there might be nudist zones). Dogs allowed all year round.
June, July, August, September are the best months to visit Sand Pebble Beach and other beaches in Sooke, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
