Sandy Point Beach is a safe and small pebbly beach in Porters Lake. It's around 0.25km in length, which is super small, and there are no shades.
You can go to this beach by car and walking or hiking. There are no lifeguards on duty at the beach, so it is a swim-at-your-own-risk zone. Dogs allowed all year round.
June, July, August, September are the best months to visit Sandy Point Beach and other beaches in Porters Lake, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
