About Spiaggia della Pillirina

Spiaggia della Pillirina is a beautiful and pristine and small sandy beach in Syracuse. It has clear water, and friendly locals. You will find that the water here, as with many of the other Syracuse beaches is crystal clear and extremely inviting. This beach is so pretty that it almost seems surreal! It's around 0.14km in length, which is super small. There are no amenities so bring what you need and please don't leave anything behind. In peak summer months it can be difficult to stake out a peaceful place on the sand because it's a popular beach among locals. The views are amazing and the weather is usually nice.

Safety and Access

Spiaggia della Pillirina is one of the more challenging beaches to access. It is not wheelchair accessible and difficult for disabled visitors and small children. To get here is an adventure. You can go to this beach by boat and walking or hiking - note that it's not that easy to get there. There are no lifeguards on duty at the beach, so keep that in mind, but if youโ€™re looking for somewhere to hang out or spend time, Spiaggia della Pillirina is a good place. Dogs allowed all year round. There is parking space nearby, although it might be a bit harder to find a space on the weekends or during peak months. Be careful with your belongings because itโ€™s not a safe place.

Infrastructure

There are no outside shower, umbrella for rent, and chairs for rent, so bring your own if you need.
