Tin Can Beach is a beach in Saint John. It's hard to find some shade at the beach. Be aware that swimming, drinking alcohol, smoking, bringing food, and practicing activities is not allowed.
You can go to this beach by car, bus, boat, and walking or hiking - note that it's not that easy to get there. Dogs allowed all year round. There is parking space nearby. Tin Can Beach is remote. The cell phone signal is weak there, so be prepared.
Bring your own food and drink since you cannot buy anything at the beach, and make sure to leave nothing behind but footprints.
April, July, August, September are the best months to visit Tin Can Beach and other beaches in Saint John, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
