Tourist beach (bikini allowed) is a small sandy beach in Dhigurah. It's around 0.88km in length. This beach is also known as Bikini Beach / Mahibadhoo.
February, March, April, June are the best months to visit Tourist beach (bikini allowed) and other beaches in Dhigurah, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
