There are no lifeguards on duty at the beach, so it is a swim-at-your-own-risk zone.
May, June, July, August are the best months to visit Зона отдыха "Озеро Белое" and other beaches in Moscow, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
