万年青浜 is a safe and small beach in Tokyo. It's around 0.11km in length, which is super small. This beach is also known as Omotohama.
May, June, July, August are the best months to visit 万年青浜 and other beaches in Tokyo, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
