동개해수욕장 is a safe and small beach in Gageodo. It's around 0.71km in length. This beach is also known as Donggae Beach.
June, July, August, September are the best months to visit 동개해수욕장 and other beaches in Gageodo, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
