망양해수욕장 is a safe beach in Geunnam-myeon. This beach is also known as Mangyang Beach and Mangyanghaesuyokjang.
June, July, August, September are the best months to visit 망양해수욕장 and other beaches in Geunnam-myeon, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
