신흥해수욕장 is a safe and small sandy beach in Sinheung-ri. It's around 0.35km in length, which is super small. This beach is also known as Sinheung Beach.
June, July, August, September are the best months to visit 신흥해수욕장 and other beaches in Sinheung-ri, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
