Bahia de las Aguilas is a beautiful and big pebbly beach in Cabo Rojo. It's a clothing optional beach. There's nothing like sunbathing and swimming au naturel. It has clear water. You will find that the water here, as with many of the other Cabo Rojo beaches is crystal clear and extremely inviting. This beach is so pretty that you'll not want to leave! It's around 9.76km in length. It is never crowded here. The views are amazing and the weather is warm all year round.
Bahia de las Aguilas is one of the more challenging beaches to access. It is not wheelchair accessible and difficult for disabled visitors and small children. You can go to this beach by boat and car - note that it's not that easy to get there.Be aware that this is a clothing optional beach (so there might be nudist zones). There is parking space nearby. Be careful with your belongings because it’s not a safe place.
Bahia de las Aguilas offers a lot of space for sunbathing. The water here is suitable for swimming and fishing.
January, February, June, December are the best months to visit Bahia de las Aguilas and other beaches in Cabo Rojo, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
