Peníscola / Peñíscola, Valencian Community, Spain
Cala Puerto Negro is a beautiful, pristine and safe and small beach in Peníscola / Peñíscola. It's an ideal and safe place for adults to visit in the summer. It's around 0.15km in length, which is super small. It is never crowded here. There are no amenities so bring what you need and please don't leave anything behind. The views are good and the weather is usually nice.
You can go to this beach by car and walking or hiking. There are no lifeguards on duty at the beach, so keep that in mind, but if you’re looking for somewhere quiet to hang out, Cala Puerto Negro is a good place. Dogs allowed all year round.
There are no outside shower, umbrella for rent, and chairs for rent.
The water here is suitable for swimming, diving, snorkeling, and fishing.
June, July, August, September are the best months to visit Cala Puerto Negro and other beaches in Peníscola / Peñíscola, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
