Cayo Luis Pena is a pristine and beautiful and small sandy beach in Flamenco, Culebra, Puerto Rico. This beach is so pretty that you will remember it for the rest of your life! It's around 0.35km in length, which is super small. The views are amazing and the weather is warm all year round.
You can go to this beach by boat. There are no lifeguards on duty at the beach, so it is a swim-at-your-own-risk zone. There is parking space nearby. Be careful with your belongings because it’s not a safe place.
January, February, April, July are the best months to visit Cayo Luis Pena and other beaches in Flamenco, Culebra, Puerto Rico, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
