FKK Nugal beach is one of the most famous beach of Makarska. It's a clothing optional beach. There's nothing like sunbathing and swimming au naturel. And the local attitude is good, so you're not going to be bothered by anyone else on the beach. It's an ideal and safe place for adults to visit in the summer. It has clear water, friendly locals, and good 3G+ coverage. You will find that the water here, as with many of the other Makarska beaches is crystal clear and extremely inviting. This beach is so pretty that you'll take so many pictures! It's around 0.31km in length with some shades to shelter from the sun. There are no amenities so bring what you need and please don't leave anything behind. FKK Nugal beach is one of the more challenging beaches to access. It is not wheelchair accessible and difficult for disabled visitors and small children. You can go to this beach by boat and walking or hiking - note that it's not that easy to get there. There are no lifeguards on duty at the beach, so keep that in mind, but if you’re looking for somewhere to hang out or spend time, FKK Nugal beach is a great place. There are shades and cleaning. There are no outside shower, umbrella for rent, and chairs for rent. But there are some shades to protect yourself from the sun. Nearby there are no food options, so bring plenty of food and water and remember to take all the trash with you.
June, July, August, September are the best months to visit FKK Nugal beach and other beaches in Makarska, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
