Kalalau Beach, a real paradise of wild and unspoiled nature, is a 2.47km stretch of sand surrounded by mountains and by clear water. It's an ideal and safe place for adults to visit in the summer. It has clear water. The water there is crystal clear. This beach is so pretty that you'll spend hours here! The views are amazing and the weather is usually nice. The spectacular scenery includes cliffs, mountain, and cave - prepare your camera!
Kalalau Beach is one of the more challenging beaches to access. It is not wheelchair accessible and difficult for disabled visitors and small children. To get here is an adventure. You can only go to this beach by walking or hiking - it's not that easy to get there. Due to it's hard access, Kalalau Beach is undeveloped and remote. The cell phone signal is weak there, so be prepared.
Kalalau Beach offers a lot of space for relaxation and sunbathing.
April, May, September, October are the best months to visit Kalalau Beach and other beaches in Wainiha, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
