Kenfig Sands is a safe, pristine, family-friendly and secluded and big sandy beach in Bridgend County Borough. It's a clothing optional beach. There's nothing like sunbathing and swimming au naturel. It has friendly locals, and good 3G+ coverage. It's around 9.58km in length, and there are no shades. It is never crowded here. There are no amenities so bring what you need and please don't leave anything behind. This beach is also known as Traeth Cynffig.
You can only go to this beach by walking or hiking - it's not that easy to get there. There are no lifeguards on duty at the beach, so keep that in mind, but if you’re looking for somewhere quiet to hang out, Kenfig Sands is a good place. Be aware that this is a clothing optional beach (so there might be nudist zones). Dogs allowed all year round.

June, July, August, September are the best months to visit Kenfig Sands and other beaches in Bridgend County Borough, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
