Naaktstrand Galderse Meren is a safe and family-friendly and small sandy beach in Breda. It's a clothing optional beach. There's nothing like sunbathing and swimming au naturel. It has friendly locals, easy access, and good 3G+ coverage. It's around 0.32km in length, which is super small. Be aware that drinking alcohol, smoking, and bringing food is not allowed.
You can only go to this beach by car. It's easy to get there, which makes it perfect for families! There are no lifeguards on duty at the beach, so it is a swim-at-your-own-risk zone. Be aware that this is a clothing optional beach (so there might be nudist zones). Dogs allowed all year round.
There are no umbrella for rent, so bring your own if you need.
June, July, August, September are the best months to visit Naaktstrand Galderse Meren and other beaches in Breda, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
