Plage Douglas is a safe and small sandy beach in Lac-Brome. It's around 0.3km in length, which is super small. It is never crowded here. This beach is also known as Douglass Beach.
There are lifeguards on duty at the beach.
Plage Douglas has everything you need to spend the day and the night. There are lifeguards, shades, food options, shops, cleaning, pier, playground, outside shower, umbrella for rent, chairs for rent, surfboards for rent, surf school, water activities, a swing, nightlife, trails, and free wi-fi.
The water here is suitable for surfing, swimming, diving, snorkeling, fishing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, kayaking, and standup paddleboarding. Walking, running, volleyball, beach tennis, doing yoga, beach wedding, and watching the sunset can be enjoyed as well.
June, July, August, September are the best months to visit Plage Douglas and other beaches in Lac-Brome, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
