Playa Carlos Rosario is a beautiful, family-friendly and pristine and small sandy beach in Flamenco, Culebra, Puerto Rico. This beach is so pretty that you'll spend hours here! It's around 0.38km in length, which is super small. It is never crowded here. The views are amazing and the weather is warm all year round. This beach is also known as Carlos Rosario Beach.
Playa Carlos Rosario is one of the more challenging beaches to access. It is not wheelchair accessible and difficult for disabled visitors and small children. You can go to this beach by boat - note that it's not that easy to get there. There are no lifeguards on duty at the beach, so keep that in mind, but if you’re looking for somewhere quiet to hang out, Playa Carlos Rosario is a good place. There is parking space nearby. Be careful with your belongings because it’s not a safe place.
The water here is suitable for snorkeling.
January, February, April, July are the best months to visit Playa Carlos Rosario and other beaches in Flamenco, Culebra, Puerto Rico, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
