San Miguel de Abona, Spain
Playa Colmenares is a safe and small pebbly beach in San Miguel de Abona. It's a clothing optional beach. There's nothing like sunbathing and swimming au naturel. It's around 0.71km in length.
There are no lifeguards on duty at the beach, so it is a swim-at-your-own-risk zone. Be aware that this is a clothing optional beach (so there might be nudist zones).
June, July, August, September are the best months to visit Playa Colmenares and other beaches in San Miguel de Abona, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
