Playa de Cofete, a real paradise of wild and unspoiled nature, is a 22.82km stretch of sand located in Cofete. Everything around you is peaceful, natural, relaxing. It's a clothing optional beach and when it's not crowded it is a pretty paradisical place. There's nothing like sunbathing and swimming au naturel. It's an ideal and safe place for both adults and children to visit in any time of the year. It has clear water. The water there is crystal clear, but it's not the best beach to swim safely as there are no lifeguards on duty. This beach is so pretty that you will remember it for the rest of your life! The views are amazing and the weather is warm all year round.

Safety and Access

Playa de Cofete is one of the more challenging beaches to access. It is not wheelchair accessible and difficult for disabled visitors and small children. You can go to this beach by walking or hiking, car, and bus - note that it's not that easy to get there. There are no lifeguards on duty at the beach, so keep that in mind, but if you’re looking for somewhere quiet to hang out, Playa de Cofete is a great place. Be aware that this is a clothing optional beach (so there might be nudist zones). Dogs allowed all year round. There is parking space nearby. Playa de Cofete is usually calm.

Infrastructure

There are trails, food options, and cleaning. There are no umbrella for rent and chairs for rent, so bring your own if you need.
