Playa de la Punta San Felipe is a safe and small sandy beach in Cádiz. It's around 0.27km in length, which is super small. Be aware that swimming is not allowed.
June, July, August, September are the best months to visit Playa de la Punta San Felipe and other beaches in Cádiz, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
