Playa de Los Arenales is a family-friendly, beautiful, clean and safe and big sandy beach in Elx / Elche. It's a clothing optional beach. There's nothing like sunbathing and swimming au naturel. It's an ideal and safe place for both adults and children to visit in any time of the year. It's around 4.77km in length. It is never crowded here. The views are good and the weather is warm all year round.
Be aware that this is a clothing optional beach (so there might be nudist zones). There is parking space nearby.
Playa de Los Arenales is good for families thanks to the enormous amount of space. It offers a lot of space for sunbathing and family games.
June, July, August, September are the best months to visit Playa de Los Arenales and other beaches in Elx / Elche, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
