Playa del Risco is a beautiful, pristine and safe sandy beach in Haría. It's a clothing optional beach and when it's not crowded it is a pretty paradisical place. There's nothing like sunbathing and swimming au naturel. It's a pretty and safe place for adults to visit in any time of the year. It has clear water. The water there is crystal clear. This beach is so pretty that is totally worth it! It's around 1.97km in length, which is medium. The views are amazing and the weather is warm all year round.
Playa del Risco is one of the more challenging beaches to access. It is not wheelchair accessible and difficult for disabled visitors and small children.Be aware that this is a clothing optional beach (so there might be nudist zones). Dogs allowed all year round. There is parking space nearby.
Playa del Risco offers a lot of space for sunbathing.
July, August, September, October are the best months to visit Playa del Risco and other beaches in Haría, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
