Playa el Garruncho is a pristine, beautiful, safe and relaxing and small pebbly beach in San Juan de la Arena. Everything around you is peaceful, natural, relaxing. Playa el Garruncho is one of the more challenging beaches to access. It is not wheelchair accessible and difficult for disabled visitors and small children. You can go to this beach by car and walking or hiking - note that it's not that easy to get there. There are no lifeguards on duty at the beach, so keep that in mind, but if you’re looking for somewhere quiet to hang out, Playa el Garruncho is a good place. Playa el Garruncho is usually calm. The water there is not very clean, so it is not recommended for swimming.
