You will find that the water here, as with many of the other Veracruz beaches is clear and extremely inviting Ideal for snorkeling and for young children. This beach is so pretty that it almost seems surreal! There are no amenities so bring what you need and please don't leave anything behind. The views are amazing and the weather is warm all year round. The spectacular scenery includes rocks, dunes, mountain, cactus, sea shells, and seaweed - prepare your camera!

Safety and Access

Getting to Playa la bamba is simple. You can go to this beach by car, boat, walking or hiking, and bus. It's easy to get there, which makes it perfect for families! There are no lifeguards on duty at the beach, so keep that in mind, but if you’re looking for somewhere quiet to hang out or spend time, Playa la bamba is a great place. Dogs allowed all year round. There is parking space nearby. There's bus service that passes nearby, making it easy for many Veracruz beach-goers. Be careful with your belongings because it’s not a safe place. Pay attention if you go swimming because there are sharks in the water.
