Garachico, Spain
Playa la Magdalena is one of the most famous beach of Garachico. It's a pretty and safe place for both adults and children to visit in any time of the year. It has clear water, and friendly locals. The water there is crystal clear. It's around 0.08km in length, which is super small. In peak summer months it can be difficult to stake out a peaceful place on the sand because it's a very popular spot. The views are good and the weather is warm all year round.
There are lifeguards on duty, but there are lots of people at the beach so don’t expect them to be looking over your kids only. Keep an eye on them at all times.

July, August, September, October are the best months to visit Playa la Magdalena and other beaches in Garachico, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
