Playa Tamarindo is one of the most famous beach of Flamenco, Culebra, Puerto Rico. This beach is so pretty that it almost seems surreal! It's around 0.63km in length, which is small. In peak summer months it can be difficult to stake out a peaceful place on the sand because it's a very popular spot. The views are amazing and the weather is warm all year round. This beach is also known as Tamarindo Beach.
There are no lifeguards on duty at the beach, so it is a swim-at-your-own-risk zone. There are lots of people at the beach so If you have kids, keep an eye on them at all times. There is parking space nearby. Be careful with your belongings because it’s not a safe place.
January, February, April, July are the best months to visit Playa Tamarindo and other beaches in Flamenco, Culebra, Puerto Rico, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
