Playa Yaya is a pristine, beautiful, clean and family-friendly and big sandy beach in Chilca. It has clear water, and friendly locals. The water there is clear. It's around 3.88km in length. The views are good and the weather is warm all year round. Be aware that smoking is not allowed.
You can go to this beach by car, bus, and boat - note that it's not that easy to get there. Dogs allowed all year round. Be careful with your belongings because it’s not a safe place. Pay attention if you go swimming because there are sharks in the water.
Playa Yaya offers a lot of space for sunbathing and family games.
January, February, March, April are the best months to visit Playa Yaya and other beaches in Chilca, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
