About Polihale Beach
Polihale Beach, a real paradise of wild and unspoiled nature, is a 7.7km stretch of sand surrounded by cliffs and by clear water. It's a pretty and safe place for adults to visit in any time of the year. It has clear water. The water there is crystal clear, but it's not the best beach to swim safely as there are no lifeguards on duty. This beach is so pretty that is totally worth it! It's hard to find some shade at the beach, and note that the access is somewhat tricky. There are no amenities so bring what you need and please don't leave anything behind. The views are amazing and the weather is warm all year round.
Safety and Access
Polihale Beach is one of the more challenging beaches to access. It is not wheelchair accessible and difficult for disabled visitors and small children. You can go to this beach by car - note that it's not that easy to get there. There are no lifeguards on duty at the beach, so keep that in mind, but if you’re looking for somewhere quiet to hang out, Polihale Beach is a great place.
