About Praia da Assentiz

Praia da Assentiz is a safe, beautiful and secluded and small sandy beach in Azoia. It's a pretty and safe place for adults to visit in the summer. It has clear water, and friendly locals. The water there is clear, but it's not the best beach to swim safely as there are no lifeguards on duty. This beach is so pretty that we guarantee that your photos will look amazing no matter where you take your shots! It's around 0.53km in length, and there are no shades. It is never crowded here. There are no amenities so bring what you need and please don't leave anything behind. The views are amazing and the weather is usually nice. The spectacular scenery includes rocks, cliffs, mountain, and seaweed - prepare your camera! This beach is also known as Assentiz Beach.

Safety and Access

Praia da Assentiz is one of the more challenging beaches to access. It is not wheelchair accessible and difficult for disabled visitors and small children. To get here is an adventure. You can go to this beach by car, bus, boat, and walking or hiking. There are no lifeguards on duty at the beach, so keep that in mind, but if youโ€™re looking for somewhere quiet to hang out, Praia da Assentiz is a good place. Dogs allowed all year round. Due to it's hard access, this beach is undeveloped and remote. The cell phone signal is weak there, so be prepared.

Infrastructure

There are no outside shower, umbrella for rent, and chairs for rent, so bring your own if you need. Nearby there areย no food options, so bring plenty of food and water and remember to take all the trash with you.

Things to do on Praia da Assentiz
