Praia da Lagoa Doce is a beautiful and family-friendly and big sandy beach in São Francisco de Itabapoana. This beach is so pretty that you'll spend hours here! It's around 11.47km in length, which is huge. It is never crowded here. The views are amazing and the weather is warm all year round.
Be careful with your belongings because it’s not a safe place.
Praia da Lagoa Doce is good for families thanks to the enormous amount of space. It offers a lot of space for sunbathing and family games.
May, June, August, September are the best months to visit Praia da Lagoa Doce and other beaches in São Francisco de Itabapoana, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
