Lagoinha do Leste, a real paradise of wild and unspoiled nature, is a 2.64km stretch of sand surrounded by mountains and by clear water. It has clear water, friendly locals, and good 3G+ coverage. You will find that the water here, as with many of the other Florianópolis beaches is crystal clear and extremely inviting Ideal for snorkeling. This beach is so pretty that you'll take so many pictures! There are no amenities so bring what you need and please don't leave anything behind. The views are amazing and the weather is warm all year round. The spectacular scenery includes trees, rocks, and mountain - prepare your camera!

Safety and Access

Lagoinha do Leste is one of the more challenging beaches to access. It is not wheelchair accessible and difficult for disabled visitors and small children. To get here is an adventure. You can go to this beach by boat and walking or hiking - note that it's not that easy to get there. There are no lifeguards on duty at the beach, so keep that in mind, but if you’re looking for somewhere quiet to hang out or spend time, Lagoinha do Leste is a great place. Dogs allowed all year round.

Infrastructure

There are trails, bicycle path, and shades. There are no outside shower, umbrella for rent, and chairs for rent, so bring your own if you need. But there are some shades to protect yourself from the sun.

Lagoinha do Leste offers a lot of space for relaxation and sunbathing. The water here is suitable for surfing, swimming, diving, snorkeling, and fishing. Walking and running can be enjoyed as well.
