Praia de Galapinhos is one of the most famous beach of Setúbal. It's an ideal and safe place for both adults and children to visit in the summer. It has clear water, friendly locals, and good 3G+ coverage. You will find that the water here, as with many of the other Setúbal beaches is crystal clear and extremely inviting Ideal for snorkeling and for young children. June, July, August, September are the best months to visit Praia de Galapinhos and other beaches in Setúbal, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
