Praia do Meio is a beautiful and small sandy beach in Itaguaí. This beach is so pretty that you'll take so many pictures! It's around 0.39km in length, which is super small. The views are amazing and the weather is usually nice.
You can go to this beach by walking or hiking and boat. Be careful with your belongings because it’s not a safe place.
If you are seeking food and refreshment, there are some options. The water here is suitable for fishing.
April, June, July, August are the best months to visit Praia do Meio and other beaches in Itaguaí, because that's when the temperatures are warm and there's probably less crowd (not guaranteed).
