About Pulau Manukan
Pulau Manukan is a pristine, beautiful, safe and family-friendly beach in Kota Kinabalu. It's an ideal and safe place for both adults and children to visit in the summer. It has clear water, friendly locals, and easy access. You will find that the water here, as with many of the other Kota Kinabalu beaches is clear and extremely inviting Ideal for snorkeling and for young children. The views are good and the weather is usually nice. The beautiful scenery includes palm trees, trees, rocks, sea shells, and driftwood - prepare your camera! Be aware that bringing dogs and drinking alcohol is not allowed.
Safety and Access
You can only go to this beach by boat. It's easy to get there, which makes it perfect for families! There are lifeguards on duty at the beach. Pay attention if you go swimming because there are jellyfishes in the water.
