About Miacomet Beach

Miacomet Beach, a real paradise of wild and unspoiled nature, is a stretch of sand located in Nantucket. Everything around you is peaceful, natural, relaxing. It's a clothing optional beach and when it's not crowded it is a pretty paradisical place. There's nothing like sunbathing and swimming au naturel. It's an ideal and safe place for both adults and children to visit in the summer. It has clear water, friendly locals, and easy access. The water there is crystal clear, but it's not the best beach to swim safely as there are no lifeguards on duty. This beach is so pretty that you'll spend hours here! It's hard to find some shade at the beach because there are no trees on the shore. There are no amenities so bring what you need and please don't leave anything behind. The views are amazing but you need to watch out for the weather because it's not always good, so check The best time to visit Miacomet Beach to be prepared.

Safety and Access

You can go to this beach by car and walking or hiking. It's easy to get there, which makes it perfect for families! There are no lifeguards on duty at the beach, so keep that in mind, but if youโ€™re looking for somewhere quiet to hang out, Miacomet Beach is a great place. Be aware that this is a clothing optional beach (so there might be nudist zones). Dogs allowed all year round. There is parking space nearby. Miacomet Beach is usually calm and laid-back.

Infrastructure

There are no outside shower, umbrella for rent, and chairs for rent, so bring your own if you need. Nearby there areย no food options, so bring plenty of food and water and remember to take all the trash with you.
